Writing applied to work-related stress & anxiety

There are times when the workforce are low in morale and motivation; often times of change, disruption, or uncertainty. Writing to improve resilience and morale can give the workforce what they need to come through and develop a team spirit and support system. Workshops – big or small, can bring people together and improve the working atmosphere and production.

 

Writing better to say how you feel

Sometimes it is difficult to say exactly how you feel. The words just don’t seem to convey what you want people to hear. Expressive writing can hlpe you define your thoughts on to the page and put across what you want to say... ‘Your Voice’!

Using writing with people experiencing challenging life issues, or to regain a new sense of  identity, raise low self-esteem, and increase confidence.

 

Training

Facilitation of, and the training of others to facilitate, creative writing groups on a

continuum from play—through to self

expression—through to the start of therapy.
